What exactly is the Go Hammock?
The Go Hammock is a premium portable hammock with a built-in foldable stand, designed for the beach, camping, backyards, rooftops, and outdoor adventures. Unlike traditional hammocks, it doesn’t require trees or drilling and sets up in under a minute.
What are the weight limits and dimensions?
The Go Hammock supports up to 330 lbs (150 kg) and is designed to comfortably fit one adult.

What materials is it made from?
The frame is made from lightweight steel with a premium wood-texture finish for a natural look without the maintenance of real wood. The hammock fabric is made from breathable outdoor-grade poly-cotton designed for comfort, durability, and quick drying.
How hard is it to set up?
The Go Hammock was designed to be extremely simple to use. It unfolds and locks into place in under a minute with no tools required. When you're done, it folds back down quickly into its travel bag.
Is it weatherproof?
Yes. The Go Hammock is built for outdoor use with weather-resistant materials, including a rust-resistant aluminum frame and durable outdoor fabric. For the longest lifespan, we still recommend storing it indoors or in a dry place when not in use for extended periods.

When will my hammock actually ship?
We’re currently expecting Go Hammock orders to begin shipping to our warehouses in August 2026. As soon as your order ships, you’ll automatically receive tracking information by email.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. The moment your order ships from our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number directly to your email so you can follow the delivery every step of the way.
Can I change my address before it ships?
Absolutely. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, simply contact our support team and we’ll be happy to update your shipping address for you.
How does the 90-day trial work?
Once your Go Hammock arrives, you’ll have 90 days to try it out completely risk-free. If you don’t absolutely love it, you can return it for a refund within the trial period.
How do I start a return?
