Warranty and Service
- The product warranty covers material defects in the body and/or operation of the product caused by our company only.
- The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for warranty service, you must hold an original proof of purchase, and the purchase must have been made through our website (livinginsunshine.com).
- The sole remedy for any defective product covered under warranty is repair or replacement. Our total liability for any defective product will not exceed the purchase price of the defective product.
- The warranty does not apply in cases where the defect results from incorrect operation, such as incorrect installation, outdoor use, moisture exposure, overloading, or any use not intended for the product's original purpose.
- We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from improper use of the product. This includes accidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law. You assume all responsibility and risks associated with the use or non-use of the product.
Delivery and Transportation of the Product
- We will deliver the product to the address provided during the purchase process within 7 business days, excluding pre-sales.
- Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays, non-delivery, or other issues caused by force majeure or events beyond our control.
