Shipping Information

Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and may incur fees for returned orders due to incorrect delivery information.

Order Changes: Once your order is placed, including subscriptions, we cannot cancel or make changes to items, shipping addresses, payment methods, or shipping methods. Orders are sent directly to our distribution center and cannot be edited.

Expedited Shipping: We currently do not offer expedited shipping options. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date requiring expediting, we apologize, but we cannot accommodate such requests.

FedEx Smartpost: Orders shipped via FedEx Smartpost will be delivered to your local post office by FedEx, and final delivery will be made by USPS. After the package is handed off to USPS, you will receive a USPS tracking number, which can be tracked on the FedEx site. Typical transit time is around 7 days.

Shipping Days: Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Arvin, California, and Ocala, Florida, Monday through Friday, excluding USA holidays.

Product Restrictions: Our continuous spray products (e.g., Sunscreen Sprays, Hand Sanitizers) cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous USA or to PO boxes due to federal regulations.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your location.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

At LISS, we hope you love every one of our products. However, we understand that preferences can vary.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
If you need a replacement or refund, please email contact@livinginsunshine.com with your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the reason for your request.
For returns on orders over $75, the customer will be responsible for shipping the unopened/unused items back to us.
All requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

We accept credit card payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Shop Pay and Google Pay.

Third-Party Retailer Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from one of our authorized retailers, please return the item to their store for an exchange or replacement. Contact the retailer directly with your proof of purchase for further assistance.
