Shipping Information

📍 Address Accuracy
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and may incur fees for returned orders due to incorrect delivery information.

🚚 Shipping Time
We ship orders within up to 7 business days, except for pre-orders and deliveries outside the U.S. mainland.

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, including subscriptions, we cannot cancel or make changes to items, shipping addresses, payment methods, or shipping methods. Orders are sent directly to our distribution center and cannot be edited.

Expedited Shipping
We currently do not offer expedited shipping options.

We offer international shipping, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At LISS, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 90 days!

Easy Returns – No Worries!

  • If your return is approved, we’ll cover the return shipping costs for U.S. mainland customers (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders).
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with the invoice within 90 days of purchase.

Third-Party Retailer & Amazon Returns

If you purchased a LISS product from an authorized retailer, please return it directly to their store for an exchange or replacement. Contact the retailer with your proof of purchase for further assistance.
