We will deliver the product to the address provided during the purchase process within 7 business days, except for pre-sales. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays, non-delivery, or other issues caused by force majeure or events beyond our control. Free shipping, when applicable, is only available for Israeli and USA Mainland orders only (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact our customer service via phone or email. The cancellation will only be valid upon receiving an email confirmation from our company.
In case the cancellation is approved, you will be responsible for the costs associated with returning the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with the original invoice, within 30 days of the purchase date.
If the cancellation occurs after you have already received the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, in addition to a cancellation fee.
