Returns & Refunds

  • You can return your product within 90 days of delivery
  • The product can be used — we want you to actually try it
  • Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping
  • For all other returns, return shipping costs may apply
  • For international orders outside the United States and Europe, we are unable to cover return shipping or offer refunds for damaged items

Exchanges

If your product arrived damaged or something isn't right, we'll make it right.

If anything happens to your product within one year of delivery due to a manufacturing defect, we'll send you a replacement — simple as that.

  • You can cancel your pre-order anytime before it ships for a full refund

  • Free shipping on orders over $100

Europe

  • Shipping time: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • Free shipping on orders over €80

International

  • Shipping time: 7–14 business days after dispatch
