By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Warranty Policy, and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms. Please read them before ordering.

2. Ordering

  • By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or ordering with a parent or guardian's consent) and that the details you provide are accurate and complete.
  • Your order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we received your order, not an acceptance of it. A contract is formed when we ship your order.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where an item is out of stock, where a pricing or product error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.
  • If a product is out of stock, you can contact us and we will let you know as soon as it becomes available again.

3. Pre-Orders

Some of our products are sold on a pre-order basis. When you pre-order, please note that:

  • The shipping date shown on the product page is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
  • Production and logistics timelines can shift, and the estimated shipping date may change. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge and accept this.
  • If the estimated date changes, we will notify you by email.
  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund.
  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, it will ship together once everything is ready, unless you contact us to arrange split shipping.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices may be displayed in your local currency based on your location. All transactions are processed in USD. The final amount charged depends on your bank or payment provider's exchange rate, and any currency conversion fees are your responsibility.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are subject to approval by the payment provider.
  • Local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply depending on your location and are the customer's responsibility.
  • Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price. If the correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before shipping so you can confirm or cancel your order.

You are responsible for using our products safely and as intended. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse, improper setup, use beyond the stated limits, or failure to follow the instructions.

By submitting a review, photo, video, or comment to us or tagging us on social media, you give LISS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content on our website, social channels, and marketing materials. Please only submit content you own and that does not violate anyone else's rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LISS's total liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
