Shipping Policy

We're committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with full transparency — wherever you are in the world.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from our warehouses in California, Florida, Kansas And Hungary


Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

We use UPS for all shipments and offer:

  • UPS® Ground
  • UPS 3 Day Select®
  • UPS 2nd Day Air®
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited®

Free Shipping (U.S. Mainland Only)

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD (before taxes and fees) within the U.S. mainland.

Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders.

We are now shipping to Europe! Orders over €80 qualify for free shipping to all European destinations.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: Typically 2–7 business days after shipping
  • International: Typically 7–14 business days after shipping

Pre-Orders & Backorders (Important)

Some of our products are offered on a pre-order basis.

  • Estimated shipping dates are clearly shown on each product page
  • Orders will ship once production is completed
  • You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched

👉 If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, it will ship once everything is ready.
If you prefer split shipping, just contact us and we’ll do our best to help.


Order Tracking

Tracking is included with every order.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your shipping label is created.
Please allow a few hours for tracking updates to appear.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility

Delivery Issues

If something doesn’t look right with your delivery:

  1. Check your tracking link
  2. Wait up to 24 hours (sometimes marked “delivered” early)
  3. Check with neighbors or your local courier

If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us within 10 days and we’ll investigate with UPS.

While we’re not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, we’ll always do our best to help resolve the situation.


Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged
  • For international orders outside the United States and Europe, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for damaged items. We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and contacting your local courier for any damage claims.
